the apartment was excellent base for sightseeing in korcula town, greatly enjoyed it. i could use a sofa bed, central heating, and a work desk, free wi-fi.

We had a very delightful stay in Korcula Town so close to countless bars or restaurants, restaurants and the old town and ferries. It was absolutely perfect and particularly good very close to center in a private yard. We thoroughly enjoyed 4 nights here, would stay here again...

The apartment was absolutely lovely! It had a great garden and the house was beautifully decorated. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. We were pleasantly surprised to find fresh fruits, chocolates, and water waiting for us upon arrival. The communication with the host was excellent, and Filip even went out of his way to pick us up and help us with our luggage. The location was also fantastic, situated in a nice neighborhood and close to supermarkets, the old town, and the ferry port. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

One minor issue we encountered was that the terrace didn't have any roofing. It rained a few days during our stay, and it would have been nice to have some cover to still be able to enjoy the outdoor space.

Didn't expect such a perfect place, would definitely go back. We stayed 6 nights here, yet it was a fantastic experience. Had central heating, multi-channel television and a refrigerator, that worked great for us. We could see garden from the window;)))

These apartments are mind-blowingly perfect! The location is super convenient, close to everything. The cozy and well-equipped rooms are jaw-droppingly clean. The terrace is absolutely stunning. The owners are incredibly friendly and always available. Filip, the coordinator, is one in a million, going above and beyond to help us. The bed was super comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location couldn't be better, with the supermarket, old town, and ferry port just a stone's throw away. We would definitely return!

I had the most wonderful stay at Koko Apartments! The property was incredibly clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed to cook, and there were even thoughtful extras like coffee, fruit, chocolates, and condiments. Philip, the host, went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, picking me up from the ferry and helping with my luggage. He provided a helpful binder with recommendations for exploring the area. The outdoor patio was a lovely spot for eating and relaxing. this was the best apartment I have ever rented!

This place is absolutely amazing! The apartment is jaw-droppingly beautiful and newly renovated. It is spotlessly clean, spacious, and has a private porch with an outdoor setting. The location is great, not noisy at all, and just a short walk from the port. Filip, who met us at the port, was super helpful with lots of great suggestions. The owner, who lives upstairs, was also very delightful and shared great information about the area. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it to couples.

Amazing value for money with a cozy, well-equipped and perfectly clean room. The location was unbeatable, just a minute walk to shops, bars, and restaurants. The staff, especially Filip, were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

More breakfast choices would have made it even better. A wider variety would be nice.

The apartment had all new amenities, including a washing machine, which was greatly appreciated. Filip even arranged a boat rental for us later in our stay. a fantastic experience and highly recommended.

We absolutely loved our stay at Koko. The apartment was clean, modern, and cozy with new furniture and a comfortable bed. The fully equipped kitchen made preparing meals easy. The location was perfect, close to the supermarket, old town, and ferry port. Filip, our host, was extremely helpful and met us at the ferry, providing lots of helpful information. The highlight was the lovely terrace, a bonus that added to our enjoyment. We would definitely recommend it to others.

Super comfortable apartment with all amenities. Lovely covered terrace for morning and evening relaxation. Close to the old town. Filip is a great host - always available for questions and provided helpful local insights. The welcoming and helpful service - including being picked up from the ferry and assistance with luggage - made the stay even more enjoyable.

Garden View: Waking up to the garden view was like stepping into a magical wonderland. It felt as if Mother Nature herself had carefully curated each leaf and flower to create a tranquil oasis right outside my window.
